20th November, 2010

I woke up at 3.30, that's not in the morning, but in the afternoon. So, as would be expected the start of the day was something that I had missed. However, productivity has touched all times low, ever since coming to this place.
I was woken up by the sounds of Rohit, laughing at me, for a very weird reason, that I would stupidly smile in my dreams. I mean dude, if I have happy dreams, its not something to be laughed about. Anyway, I chose to ignore him, these days I tend to do that. Both him and Vijay have been a bit off with me, I get a feeling that they do not value me as much as they should, or perhaps that is just what is going on in my head. There was this issue about the number of ventures that I have opened up, but I don't care about what you say about that. Now, the problem that I face is that every time I say something, they look at it with scepticism and that is something I do not appreciate. I do not like travelling and roaming the streets like both of you do, so that is MY PERSONAL CHOICE and you shouldn't have a problem with that. For almost a year I tagged along with Rohit, since he had wanted to go out and there was no one else to go with him, now since Vijay is also like you, ready to go wherever you want to, why do you have to drag me into it. Anyway, if I go on cribbing about what I think, Google will end up without any space for others. ;)
I decided that it would be best if I took a bath to begin the day and that is exactly what I did, the feeling of fresh water hitting your sulky, heavy eyes is something that can only be described as heavenly. It was then time for the laundry.
As I pulled out each piece of clothing, one after the other, I realised that it had been a long time since I had washed clothes and perhaps it offered an explanation to, what I had considered, the sudden appearance of underwear theives. This was lesson number one learnt in the day, if you feel that there is an underwear theif in your area, then check if you have done your laundry or not.
There were plans to go out and but some new clothing, no it wasnt because I hadnt done my laundry, I am tottally out of formal and for those I had planned to step out, however, that got canned because Mr. Baldev, didnt want to drive his bike as the wheels had a lot of tar on them and he wanted the tar to dry and fall off before he took it out for a ride. So, I stayed in with Baldev and both Rohit and Vijay, went out. They had to pick up Rohit's shirt that had been given for stiching. I completed the remaining parts of Eat, Pray, Love, in the meanwhile and as should not be expected of a Julia Roberts movie, I considered it to be a mistake.
It's the story of a woman discovering herself, first by eating, then by praying and then by falling in love. I mean how interesting could that be and even though I hate repeating it, it wasnt. I mentioned the same to Divya and she was surprised, of course she would be, the media had made such a hype about the movie that anyone hearing it was not good would be surprised. Though most people expect a very different review of everything from me, Divya is someone who understands what I am trying to say.
When, they came back with the shirt and tie, I must say it was looking dashing on the guy, he is pretty handsome and he grooms himself pretty well, it was time for dinner. Vijay asked me to come for dinner and I said OK.
I dropped a message to Nikhil on the way to the mess that I am off to dinner and he could join in if interested, didnt get a reply, I wasnt even waiting for one, so we went ahead. Rohit said he was just back from the mess and didnt like it so he wouldnt be joining us. The two of us therefore, Vijay and I, went ahead and on reaching the service station we realised that Rohit was correct. I decided that my dinner today would be Fryams and corn salad, while Vijay helped himself for a full meal.
Looking for a seat, Vijay asked me if we should join Shirley and Nitish, I said fine.
Shirley is Vijays, ex-prospective, in other words "The one who got away", I was cool, he just wanted re assurance and I was like "It's all cool for me".
At dinner there was a sudden appearance of Tanya, the current prospective of Vijay, she was having dinner alone. And all my messages and signals, as we didnt want the others to know about it, where all in vain. The idiot just kept sitting there and then chewed and entire plastic spoon once she left. Boys will be boys.
Nikhil joined in and there were certain Rajnikant jokes that floated in the air. Post dinner, Nikhil and I headed for a tea. At "Smallies" that the name of the place. Over there we met Baldev, watching a movie on his cell phone and having dinner all by himself. Obligated to join in such a situation we did exactly that.
I then decided to head to my room and write this. Now I shall watch Pirates of the Carribean At Worlds End, IN HINDI!!
